Welcome to Grandview Acrylic (https://grandviewacrylic.com). By accessing our website and utilizing our manufacturing and fabrication services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Quotations and Pricing All quotes provided by Grandview Acrylic for acrylic sheets and custom fabrication (including laser cutting and CNC machining) are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in raw material (MMA) costs.
2. Custom Orders and Fabrication As a manufacturer specializing in premium signage and display acrylic solutions, we manufacture strictly according to the specifications, dimensions, and CAD drawings provided or approved by the client.
- Non-Refundable: Once production begins on a custom fabrication order or custom-cut sheets, the order is final, non-cancelable, and non-refundable.
- Tolerances: Standard manufacturing tolerances (e.g., ±0.1mm for precision cutting) will apply unless tighter tolerances are explicitly requested and confirmed in writing prior to production.
3. Intellectual Property of Uploaded Files When you upload project files, CAD drawings, or design specifications to our website for a quote, you represent and warrant that you hold the necessary copyrights and intellectual property rights for those designs. Grandview Acrylic assumes no liability for any copyright infringement or intellectual property disputes arising from the fabrication of products based on client-supplied designs. We guarantee that your designs will remain strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
4. Shipping and Delivery Estimated production lead times and shipping schedules are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Grandview Acrylic shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or project delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance processes, or force majeure events.
5. Material Suitability While our engineering team can provide material recommendations, it is ultimately the buyer’s responsibility to determine the suitability of our thin acrylic sheets for their specific commercial applications, environments, and structural requirements.
6. Limitation of Liability In no event shall Grandview Acrylic, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products or the inability to use our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location for the resolution of any disputes.
